1. What Donezo is
Donezo is a suite of browser-based tools published by Sequence Theory, a company registered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The apps run in your web browser. By default, your data stays on your device.
2. Who can use Donezo
You may use Donezo if you are at least 16 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, whichever is higher. By using Donezo you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Your account and licence
Most Donezo apps work without an account. When you purchase a paid plan, you receive a licence key tied to the email address you provided at checkout. The licence is personal and non-transferable.
Founding members keep their original price for the lifetime of the product. We will never raise the price you pay.
4. Your data
Donezo is local-first. Your documents, files, and notes stay in your browser unless you choose to sync them to a cloud you control. Sequence Theory does not have access to your content.
For the full privacy story, see the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Donezo to:
- break the law in your country or in the Netherlands;
- process content involving the abuse, exploitation, or sexualisation of children;
- build or distribute malware, spyware, or surveillance tools;
- infringe someone else’s intellectual property;
- reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute Donezo’s code or brand without written permission.
6. Intellectual property
Donezo, the Donezo name, the Donezo face mark, the Sequence Theory mark, all source code, and all design assets are the intellectual property of Sequence Theory. They are protected under EU Directive 2009/24/EC, the Dutch Auteurswet, and EU Directive 2004/48/EC.
You receive a personal licence to use the apps. You do not receive a licence to copy, redistribute, or build derivative products from Donezo’s code or brand.
7. Refunds
Under EU consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases unless you waive it at checkout to access the product immediately. Where a refund applies, write to hello@donezo.space with your licence key and we will process it.
8. Service availability
Donezo apps run in your browser, so they keep working even if our servers go down. We do our best to keep the website, login, and licence system available, but we do not guarantee uptime.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sequence Theory’s total liability to you for any claim related to Donezo is limited to the amount you paid for your licence in the previous twelve months.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will email founding members and post a notice on the landing page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Disputes will be heard by the courts of Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you a different forum.
12. Contact
For anything related to these terms, write to legal@donezo.space.
